PSC's Teacher Training Program

Become a Pilates Instructor the right way this fall! Meliora Movement is now teaching the Instructor Level Program through the Pilates Sports Center (PSC). PSC’s program is not quick or easy. Instead it’s developed around the original method created by Joseph Pilates. It is a hybrid model – giving you the best foundation to teach both classical and contemporary methods of Pilates. Our program allows you to work with differing levels and needs including any type of injury. The Comprehensive program is a 17-week course (2 days per week / 4 hours per class) to prepare you for the NCPT / Pilates Method Alliance Certification Exam. We don’t focus on online learning or videos. Instead you will have a Master Teacher to guide you, train you, answer questions and provide personal experiences from a life-long Pilates practitioner. Small class sizes, individualized attention and access to state of the art facilities in the heart of East Nashville will give you a leg up on becoming the best Pilates instructor possible. We believe in the power of movement and cannot wait to help you share the benefits of movement as a graduate of the Pilates Sports Center Teacher Training Program at Meliora Movement. If you are looking for your next career or turning a passion into a part-time side hustle, we would love to be your home for the next 17-weeks.

Program Cost: $6,300

Mysti Meese Little

About the Instructor:

Mysti Meese Little started taking Pilates at the age of eight. Introduced by her mother, she instantly fell in love with Pilates. It continued as a core part of her life as she grew up, moved states and even worked in Music Industry. Over time she realized this wasn’t a workout system but a lifelong passion and needed balance in her own life.

She wanted to provide that positive healthy balance to others and became a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. She specialized in prenatal Pilates and after opening her own studio in Nashville, TN, Mysti went on to become a Pilates Master Trainer through Pilates Sports Center. She realized the best way to help as many people as possible benefit from the power of movement was to help shape the next group of Pilates Teachers and send them out to better their own communities. Join Mysti and help change the world through movement.
