What to Expect:
Our Comprehensive Program is a 17-week course, meeting twice a week for 3 to 4-hour classes. It’s designed to prepare you for the National Pilates Certification Program (NCPT) exam. No impersonal online videos here – you’ll train directly with Mysti Meese Little, a PSC-certified Master Instructor with years of experience.
With small class sizes, one-on-one attention, and access to our state-of-the-art East Nashville studio, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to thrive in your new career. Mysti Meese Little, introduced to Pilates at the age of eight, believes that Pilates is lifelong passion that creates balance in her life.
As a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Pilates Sports Center Master Trainer, she is able to provide that positive healthy balance to others and help them build a career doing the same.
