Meliora is latin for “the pursuit of the better.” Everyday we challenge ourselves and those around us to strive for “the better” in their life through active movement. Pilates is just one of the many ways we love to move. Our community focused studio uses Pilates, Yoga and other movements to provide confidence, joy and health to our local Pilates family. Course Descriptions

Pilates Reformer Class: All Levels

This versatile class is ideal for all fitness levels! This class will build on foundational Pilates exercises, provide intermediate progressions and build resistance for a dynamic, and challenging total body workout!

Pilates Reformer: AAA

Intermediate Reformer class focusing on Pilates exercises that will challenge, target and tone Abs, Arms and A**!

Pilates Reformer: ABA

Pilates intermediate Reformer Class focusing on Pilates exercises that target ABA – Abs, Back, and Arms.

Power Reformer Class

This is a faster paced intermediate /advanced Pilates reformer class. For a challenging full body workout!

Pilates Reformer: Corecentric

An intermediate level reformer class focusing on your core! If you love planks, and teasers this class is for you!

Pilates Cardio Core: Jumpboard

This class provides intermediate exercises designed to get you a cardio workout utilizing the Pilates Jumpboard and targeting your core. This is a challenging total body workout!

Pilates: Stretch

This Pilates Reformer class is focusing on lengthening and stretching out the muscles. This is a a great way to help balance out and relieve tension in muscles.

Pilates Reformer: Beginner

A beginner level Pilates reformer class. This class will build on foundational Pilates exercises, while getting a a full body workout.
